The generator can gradually convert atmospheric oxygen O2 into unstable ozone O3, which, with its strong oxidative effect in a closed space, eliminates all odors from sweat, animals, incontinence, bedsores, mustiness, mold, smoke, burns, etc. and then spontaneously decomposes back into oxygen O2. Ozone as a gas can also be successfully used to eliminate the causes leading to the formation of harmful mold, allergens and various types of insects.

A powerful fan (2600 rpm) with a flow rate of up to 200 m3/hour quickly and evenly distributes ozone in the space and gets it into places where a conventional air freshener cannot reach - into upholstery, ventilation ducts and hard-to-reach corners. Thanks to the ozone production of 70,000 mg/hour, the device is also designed for larger cubic capacities and for odors that could not be removed by conventional methods.

The device is equipped with 4 ceramic ozonization plates with additional cooling. The blue ceramic plates are provided with moisture-resistant silicone insulation and are placed in an open structure that ensures better air circulation and heat dissipation. The distribution of power into four separate cells powered by a high voltage of 5,000 V ensures stable operation, uniform ozone production and a longer service life even during long-term operation and regular use. If the recommended operating method is followed, the service life of the ceramic plates is 2,000 hours, the plates can be easily replaced.

Simple and maintenance-free operation. No refills, chemicals, no waste products. After connecting the device to the network, just set the timer (for example, for a 20 m2 room, set the timer to 10-20 minutes, for a larger space, set the timer to a longer time). However, for optimal service life of the ceramic plates, we recommend operating for up to 60 minutes and then taking a break.

Leave the room empty when the device is in operation! After the generator has finished working, wait 20 minutes for the ozone to decompose. Then ventilate the space thoroughly, at least 30 minutes, preferably 90 minutes!

It is good to carry out the ozone disinfection process for large spaces in, for example, three cycles. This will increase the disinfection success rate from, for example, 90% to 99%. One cycle is 30-40 minutes of ozone generator operation, then a 20-minute break (UV-C germicidal lamps can be turned on in the space during the break). Repeat this 2 to 4 times and finally ventilate the room thoroughly, preferably for 90 minutes.

In the case of room deodorization, an ozone concentration more than 4 times lower than for disinfection is sufficient.

When the generator heats up, there is a slight decrease in output power (in the order of percent). Recommended continuous operation for optimal ceramic cell life is 30 minutes (max. 60 minutes) and then let it cool down (20 minutes). The generator must not be operated in a humid environment (>80%).

The ozone generator has a timer on which you can set the time in minutes needed for ozone production. The timer knob is used to turn the device on and off. The ozone generator is a completely unique cartridge-free device that does not need to be refilled with any chemicals or other types of cartridges.
The amount of ozone generated depends on many factors, such as temperature, time elapsed since switching on, the amount of ozone already generated in the air, pressure, altitude, voltage fluctuations in the network and humidity.
