NEW - high-performance portable ozone generator with 4 cooled ceramic plates, 200 m3/h airflow and a timer of up to 120 minutes.

The generator gradually converts atmospheric oxygen O2 into unstable ozone O3, whose strong oxidising effect eliminates all odours in an enclosed space – from sweat, animals, incontinence, bedsores, mustiness, mould, smoke, burning, etc. – and then spontaneously decomposes back into oxygen O2. Ozone gas can also be successfully used to eliminate the causes of harmful mould, allergens and various types of insects.

A powerful fan (2600 rpm) with an airflow of up to 200 m3/h spreads ozone quickly and evenly throughout the space and carries it into places an ordinary air freshener cannot reach – upholstery, ventilation ducts and hard-to-reach corners. With an ozone output of 70 000 mg/h, the unit is also suitable for larger volumes and for odours that could not be removed by conventional methods.

The unit is equipped with 4 ceramic ozone plates with additional cooling. The blue ceramic plates have moisture-resistant silicone insulation and are mounted in an open design that ensures better air circulation and heat dissipation. Distributing the output across four separate cells powered by a high voltage of 5 000 V ensures stable operation, even ozone production and a longer service life, even with long-term operation and regular use. When operated as recommended, the service life of the ceramic plates is 2 000 hours; the plates are easy to replace.

Simple, maintenance-free operation. No refills or chemicals needed, and no waste is left behind. After connecting the unit to the mains, simply set the timer (for example, for a 20 m2 room set the timer to 5 - 10 minutes; for a larger space set a longer time).

Leave the room unoccupied while the unit is running! After the generator has finished, wait 20 minutes for the ozone to decompose. Then ventilate the space thoroughly for at least 30 minutes, ideally 90 minutes!

Ozone disinfection of large spaces is best carried out in, for example, three cycles. This increases disinfection efficiency from e.g. 90 % to as much as 99 %. One cycle consists of 30-40 minutes of ozone generator operation followed by a 20-minute pause (UV-C germicidal lamps can be switched on in the space during the pause). Repeat this 2 to 4 times and finally ventilate the room thoroughly, ideally for 90 minutes.

For room deodorisation, an ozone concentration more than 4 times lower than for disinfection is sufficient.

As the generator heats up, its output decreases slightly (by a few percent). For optimal ceramic plate service life, the recommended continuous operation is 30 minutes (max. 60 minutes), followed by a cooling period (20 minutes). The generator must not be operated in a humid environment (>80 %).

The device converts atmospheric oxygen O2 into unstable, highly oxidising ozone O3. After application, ozone neutralises all odours present in the treated space. It is effective against odours from smoking, sweat, mould, animals, mustiness, etc. There is no odour that ozone cannot defeat.
The ozone generator has a timer on which you can set the ozone production time in minutes. The timer knob is used to switch the unit on and off. The ozone generator is a completely unique refill-free device that requires no chemicals or other refills.
The amount of ozone generated depends on many factors, such as temperature, time elapsed since switching on, the amount of ozone already in the air, pressure, altitude, mains voltage fluctuations and humidity.
