- **DMX512**: Industry standard digital communication protocol for stage lighting. All SOH lighting products support DMX512 control.
- **Music Visualization / LTCA**: SOH's patented technology (Light Technology Controlled by Audio) that analyzes audio input in real-time and automatically generates synchronized DMX512 lighting control signals. Current version: 3.4 (2024). Supports ArtNet up to 3072 channels (6 universes), MIDI I/O, 50+ audio attributes (Beat Detection, BPM, Bass/Mid/High Level, Strobo Enabler, Silence Detection, etc.). Demo version available (first 10 DMX channels free). Windows only (MSI or ZIP).
- **USB-DMX Module**: SOH's own USB to DMX512 interface hardware, enabling computer-based lighting control.
- **ILDA**: International Laser Display Association standard for laser show control.
- **WS2811/WS2812B**: Addressable digital LED protocols for individually controllable LED strips.

All products carry **24 to 36 months warranty**, including for business customers. Free warranty service is available directly at the SOH premises in Prague. SOH also provides installation and custom integration services.

### Prices

All prices include VAT. Discounts cannot be combined unless agreed otherwise.

### Ordering

Orders can be placed via customer account or as a guest. The purchase contract is concluded upon explicit order acceptance by SOH (not the automatic confirmation email). Orders are binding; cancellation is possible before the acceptance notice is received (by phone or email).

### Payment & Delivery

- Bank transfer: due within 3 days of contract conclusion
- Cash on delivery or in-person: due upon receipt
- Delivery options: shipping to address, parcel pickup point, or in-person pickup at Praha 4 premises
- Damaged or incomplete shipments must be reported within **3 days** of receipt

### Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within **14 days** of receiving goods, without stating a reason. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense (to Antala Staška 242/14, Praha 4). Refund is issued within 14 days after the credit note is confirmed. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

**Withdrawal is not applicable for:**
- Custom-made or cut-to-length goods (LED strips, cables)
- Audio/video recordings with broken seal
- Digital content delivered on non-physical media
- Hygiene and health products
- Goods picked up in person at the premises
- Other cases per § 1837 of the Czech Civil Code

### Complaints & Claims

- Statutory warranty: **24 months** from receipt
- Claims options: replacement, repair, price reduction, or withdrawal
- Resolution deadline: **30 days** from claim submission (decision in complex cases within 3 business days)
- Send goods to: SOH, Antala Staška 242/14, 140 00 Praha 4 (at buyer's cost; return shipping paid by SOH)
- Include: proof of purchase + written description of the defect
